Key technical parameters and system benefits:
The IMPERIAL system is based on three-chamber aluminium profiles with a 24 mm wide thermal break made of polyamide reinforced with glass fibre. This solution improves the stability and mechanical properties of the structure, while also enhancing its thermal insulation. In addition, a Coex seal is used to improve tightness and reduce moisture penetration.
The profiles have a width of 65 mm for frames, doors and mullions, and 74 mm for window sashes, with a wall thickness of 1.7 to 2.0 mm. These parameters ensure structural stability and allow for the production of larger-sized elements.
The system allows the use of infills with a thickness from 4 to 51 mm, as well as glazing from the outside. Various construction variants are available, including window sashes with straight or rounded profiles, as well as a wide range of door and shopfront solutions.
The thermal transmittance coefficient for door profiles is UR = 2.2 to 2.3 W/m²K.
The IMPERIAL system also includes variants with a concealed sash, IP-SU, where the sash is not visible from the outside. This solution makes it possible to achieve a uniform glazed façade and reduce visible structural divisions.
Versions with enhanced thermal insulation, IPi and IPi+, are also available. These variants use additional thermal inserts to improve the thermal performance of the profile section.
The system enables the production of various types of structures, including side-hung windows, tilt and turn windows, sliding windows, single and double-leaf doors, swing doors and pivot windows.
